About this property

Beautiful 17thC Farmhouse in 1 Acre Gardens, Pool. This villa is in a rural setting.

Nandolle boasts accommodation for 2-15 people.
 
Beautifully restored 17th century farmhouse and walled swimming pool (11 x 5m) with recliners, barbecue, pergola and large patio.  Set in 1 acre of secluded gardens overlooking a picturesque valley. There is an 18 hole mini-golf course, fishing, rowing boats and guided walks, all within 10 mins drive. Canoeing, horse riding, tennis, 18 hole and 9 hole golf also available within 40 mins drive of the property.

Bikes are available to rent locally.
 
The ground floor of the house has good wheelchair accessibility as it is all on one level.
 
Rentals include linen, electricity and weekly cleaning.  Telephone available separately - phone calls made to landlines in both England and France is free of charge.  Calls to mobiles are charged.  Wi-fi is available free of charge.
 
All prices based on 4 people except for high season (23 June - 24 August) where prices are for 15 people. Outside of high season (mid-March - 23 June and 25 August - end October) please add £50 per additional person to the price.

Kitchen and dining

The dining room has a farmhouse-style dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, oven, integrated fridge, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Living rooms

The ground floor consists of 20’ x 20’ living area. The front door opens onto a hallway leading through to a large living/dining kitchen housing a magnificent limestone feature fireplace and french windows opening onto a shady patio with furniture. The lounge area has a double bed settee, satellite tv, dvd player and hi-fi system. From the inner hall downstairs there are oak stairs with cloakroom/WC leading off. The second lounge opens directly onto the swimming pool via large french windows and contains a king sized double bed, a double bed settee, chairs and an en suite bathroom adjoining. It is ideal for evening drinks if children are watching tv/dvd’s. The ground floor of the house has good wheelchair accessibility as it is all on one level.

Bedrooms

Upstairs, under traditional beamed ceilings, bedroom 1 with king size bed, single bed settee and fully tiled en suite bathroom, bedroom 2 with 3' bunk beds, bedroom 3 with king size bed and bedroom 4 with 3' wide twin beds.

Bathrooms

Separate bathroom which is fully tiled and contains a washing machine. Power showers are provided in all bathrooms, which are also equipped with bath, bidet, wash basin and wc. The downstairs second lounge has an en suite bathroom adjoining. The plumbing is pressurised.

Heating

There is oil fired central heating in the property for the cooler months.

Garden and outside

Walled swimming pool (11 x 5m) with recliners, barbecue, pergola and large patio. Set in 1 acre of secluded gardens overlooking a picturesque valley.

There are 2 barbecues which is ideal for outdoor cooking. There is an outdoor table tennis table and bats.

Children need to be under supervision in the pool area.
