Nontron is a lively medieval market town, a perfect place to stay for exploring the beautiful countryside of the Dordogne region. From the house it is just a short walk to independently owned, traditional shops and family run restaurants, offering fantastic French gastronomy. Regular traditional markets are held around the vicinity along with Nontron’s own market which is held every Saturday providing a real flavour of the area.
An ideal place to stay for visiting the many sites of interest and history this stunning region is famous for.
