Why this location? We love its peaceful location , being beside the river, the vast amount of greenspace and, yet easily accessible to shops and activities. The scenery and surrounding countryside even after 17 years of being here still takes our breath away - it's stunning, interesting (not flat but undulating) , lush and we continue to discover something new and different everytime.
Montignac is a lovely town, with its pretty riverside cafes & restaurants, and 2x weekly market. The nearby towns and villages like Sarlat and Terrasson offer additional choices-just 15-25 minutes away.Lots of village fetes, brocantes day & night markets so much to see and do and many activities like open air concerts are free during the summer.
Unique benefits of property -Lots of space-15 acres of private grounds for children to run around in &expel their energy plus lots more for others to find their own private corner
