Secluded Farmhouse in 120 acres with 12x6 Pool. This villa is in a rural setting.

Secluded 4 bedroom traditional stone-built beamed farmhouse near Brantome which was until recently a working farm, with a 12 x 6m private pool, and surrounded by its own grounds of 120 acres of woods and fields full of wildflowers, butterflies and birds.   Set in a lovely private, peaceful location but less than a mile to the nearest village with small local shops, including a bakery, a bar, a pizzeria and a restaurant, and only a short drive to Brantome or Perigueux and many other attractions including prehistoric caves and a beautiful chateaux. Les Noyers provides all you need for a relaxing holiday. There is also satellite tv with all the usual UK free-to-air channels, and wi-fi broadband.

Les Noyers has its own large 12 x 6m pool. There is a paved terrace around the pool, as well as in front of the house, with views over the surrounding countryside. There is also a large covered area which is perfect for sports, with a tennis net and basketball hoop. Unfortunately, we do not accept pets.

Difficult to appreciate the amazing location of this property from the advert. Isolated at the head of a valley it is a real haven of peace and tranquility. The facilities were top notch, the property clean and fresh. A bit too far from the village to walk for the daily provisions so consider a bike. We'll be going again.
