Having stayed at Las Chaumas for a week at the beginning of September, what can I say? it is a great gite and would highly recommend it. Whilst we opted for a week chilling out, there is defiantly a lot to do in the area if you want to go out sightseeing and the owner, Gordon, can provide you with local information of the best places to go. The Gite is situated on the owners property but I can assure, they just leave you to it and you don't even know they are there. In fact, it was an advantage because if you had any question, you could just pop round.
The setting of this gite is exceptional. It really made for a great holiday, especially if you enjoy relaxing with cheese and wine and a wonderful panorama to gaze on! In addition host and hostess were extremely friendly and helpful, but never infringing the guests' privacy.
lovely setting, beautiful area for sight seeing had a great weeks break.
owners very helpful if needed but otherwise do not interfere.
would recommend to friends
