This elegant Chateau has recently been fully restored and it now offers a perfect place to enjoy the pleasures of South West France and more particularly the Dordogne Valley. The chateau sleeps up to 20 guests in pure luxury and can be staffed with chef and daily maid (please enquire for costings). All 9 bedrooms are en suite. There is a heated 12m x 6m pool, numerous dining terraces, lake, formal gardens as well as woodlands and meadows. Set just a few kms from a bustling bastide village and just 25 minutes south of Bergerac with the River Dordogne and International Airport.
The chateau sleeps up to 20 guests in pure luxury. There are 6 bedrooms in the Chateau including a 2 bedroom apartment. There is also a Chateau Coach-house which is linked directly to the Chateau and this offers an additional three beautiful bedrooms, again all en suite. The reception rooms are large and numerous. In the Chateau there is a formal dining room as well as a drawing room and more relaxed living room. The kitchen is stunning and well equipped. There is also a second fully equipped kitchen in the Chateau apartment. The Coach House is linked to the Chateau and has stunning views over the lake. The accommodation is still of the same luxury standard and it has 3 more bedrooms, all of which are en suite. In addition, there is a further kitchen, beautiful living room which opens up to a large terrace and an Orangerie. The Chateau can come fully staffed with a cook, daily maid and cleaner. The 12 x 6m heated saltwater swimming pool has an infinity end with views over the lake and private grounds. In total, there are 7 hectares of land which includes large terraces, formal gardens, beautiful lawns, a lake, fields and woodland.
The chateau has 2 main kitchens and a small guest kitchen. There is a large dining room in the Orangerie which has fully sliding doors to give a feeling of eating outside. There is also a large dining terrace overlooking the lake as well as several smaller terraces.
The chateau has numerous living rooms with plenty of space for large groups.
There are 6 bedrooms in the main Chateau and then 3 further bedrooms in the Coach House which is linked to the main Chateau. All the bedrooms are well equipped and have their own en suite bath or shower room.
Each bedroom has its own bath or shower room with modern bath fittings and travertine tiles.
The Chateau has a large 12m x 6 m heated saltwater swimming pool with tiled terraces and plenty of recliners and chairs to laze the day away.

The Dordogne valley is well known for its abundance of vineyards including Monbazillac, Pecharment and Bergerac AOCs. There are activities to suit all ages and interests, foodies will enjoy the great local restaurants at the heart of France's centre of gastronomic excellence, as well as the wine of AOC Bergerac. The area has been described the capital of world prehistory, and culture vultures are spoilt for choice with caves, museums and chateaux aplenty.
