Large perigordian house with private pool. This villa is in a town setting.

Set in the middle of a large mature garden, approximately 1.5 acres and south facing. A sweeping drive takes you up to the house where a covered veranda streches around three sides and leads to the large rear garden with its large patio and barbecue area ,10x 4 metre pool with roman steps. 
 
A secluded lawn area and an abundance of fruit trees complete the ideal base for you and your family to explore the area or do nothing except watch the sun go down and enjoy the local produce.
 
The extemely flexible accomodation is suitable for parties of all sizes.
 
For one or two couples we offer the ground floor only  (optional ) with the upstairs rooms closed off and unoccupied, for larger parties the full accommodation will be available plus all the facilities .

Things to do

World class golf is available at Chateau De Vigiers and is approx. 40mins drive or nastrigues has a simple 9 hole course and is about 15mins by car. Lac du Gurson is a natural lake run by the local council set amids the vines approx 10 min drive and has swimming, tennis crazy golf an several bars and restraurants with lots of activities for children. Canoeing is also available by the bridge in Montpon. Lunch in St. Emillion is a must. We are surrounded by excellent restaurants too numerous to mention - we keep a log at the house of the ones we and our guests recommend. For wine buffs, head for Villefranche de Longchat, take the Rue des Vins and follow your nose . Further afield Bordeaux , Salat/Bergerac are all a must.
