Small party discount of 25% is available during June and September for bookings of 4 or less persons. An initial deposit of 20% payable on booking, there is a £300.00 refundable security deposit and the £29.00 booking fee made by Holiday France Direct refund will be shown in your final balance. All bookings are subject to confirmation by the owner.

Le Chardon is a private and fully renovated family house, with wonderful uninterrupted views over the valley and surrounding countryside. Situated in the south west of the Dordogne between Bergerac and St Emilion where the summer, autumn and spring temperatures are usually 5 degrees warmer than Southern England. This area offers an abundance of chateaux, wine producers and restaurants as well as the notable cafe restaurants offering 3 or 4 course luncheon menus for around 15 euros (£11 - £12 ) and sometimes a glass or 2 of wine, look for busy parking.

The house is equipped for a self-catering holiday with all your needs taken into account including , good food, superb wines, very pleasant climate and places to visit. Close to all amenities.

The property sleeps 8 persons in 4 bedrooms, plus a cot, 3 en suites and 2 additional wc's. All bedrooms are doubles, 2 with twins beds and 2 with double beds.
