The 2 rear bedrooms have stunning views over the Dordogne countryside. The large front bedroom has a Juliette balcony overlooking the village of Payzac.
All rooms have double beds and linen and towels are provided.
There are 2 shower rooms with power showers.
There are 2 log burners and modern gel filled electric radiators.
The rear garden is not overlooked and there is patio furniture, weber barbecue and sun loungers.
There is room for one car off street parking at the front of the house.
Parking is also available on the church car park 25m from the property.
Suitable for families, couples, of any age. Not suitable for children under 2.
Bikes are available for use and are located in the cellar.
We live in the UK and try and get over to France at least 3 times a year

Pompadour has a lovely chateau and we love to have lunch at Les Remparts, there is a horse racing circuit in the village. Segur le Chateau is on the Coeur de Lion trail and has a weekly farmers market with entertainment on Monday evening during July and August. Hautefort village has a stunning chateau and a lovely brocante shop, there are also plenty of walks from the village. Lake Rouffiac has a beach and water teleski, pedalos Thiviers and Objet are great for local weekly markets with plenty of fresh produce.
There are plenty of marked walking routes both from Payzac and also from other villages nearby. There are walks catering for all levels and are easy to follow. The area is also ideal for cycling and there are 3 bikes available in the cellar.
