Comfortable cosy cottage - eco-pool.
Ferme Lespare has three comfortable cottages set in extensive grounds, each luxuriously finished to the highest standards.
Ferme Lespare is situated in the centre of an area rich in prehistory, in an open landscape surrounded by woods.
Beginning 2008, the cottages have been undergoing and completed an extensive two-year programme of renovation. Electricity, waterpipes, septic tanks, drainage systems and all roofs have been completely renewed. All three cottages have geothermal central heating, so whether it be autumn, winter or spring, Ferme Lespare is the ideal location to spend your holiday.

Lespare is a beautiful group of 3 houses on a private estate with 2 pools. The houses were beautifully presented and have clearly been recently renovated to a very high standard. We were welcomed by the owners on arrival, they showed us around and showed how everything worked. They were attentive without being intrusive during our delightful stay. They advised on local sites and restaurants. There is so much to do and see in this beautiful part of the Perigord, we will need to come back next year for another 2 weeks as we could not fit enough in. If you want a peaceful retreat in easy reach of a wealth of cultural sites and great restaurants surrounded by woodland trails and amazing scenery then this is the place for you.
Geothermal heating in all the buildings, a wonderful eco pool cleaned by UV filter is a delight to swim in, no chemicals just beautiful fresh water where you are as close to nature as you can get.
We thoroughly recommend them and can’t believe we didn’t find them earlier. We will be coming back here many times.
