Beautiful Farmhouse With Modern Facilities. This villa is in a village setting.

Huge immaculate farmhouse in a stunning location, perfectly postioned equi-distant between the historic towns of Hautefort and Tourtoirac (3-4 minutes either side). While also enjoying easy access to other notable places of historic significance and beauty, such as Sarlat, Brantome, Montignac, le Roque-Gageac, Perigueux etc. 
  
The house itself will comfortably accommodate up to 8/10 people. While the original house is over 200 years old, it has just undergone significant renovation and decoration. New bathrooms and modern high specification kitchen boasting every conceivable convenience. In here you will enjoy a large Samsung American fridge freezer providing ample space for a large family (or two) to cater for a week/fortnight holiday. Purified ice cold water and ice making machine on constant demand for making those cooling G&T's! New Bosch and AEG electrical appliances, dishwasher, washing machine, genuine double oven for high capacity cooking and high performance induction hob. An oak breakfast bar complete with bar stools and Dulce Gusto coffee machine finishes the look perfectly. 
 
The house has several zoned living spaces, an enormous lounge, a stunning oak-beamed summer house, and a quintessential snug (which could provide a fourth bedroom if required). All rooms have been tastefully decorated and furnished with high quality furniture. In the lounge you will find 2 huge brand new three-seater sofas and those wishing to keep abreast of their favourite soap can enjoy all their English channels on a new Samsung 50 inch entertainment system. In the summer house is a further large leather sofa and complementary recliner chair. If you prefer formal dining, the summer house boasts a stunning oak dining table, overlooking the manicured gardens, ornamental pond and 10m by 5m pool (binoculars in situ for all you twichers!). The snug provides a brand new sofa which converts into a very comfortable double sofa bed. The house benefits from broadband and wi-fi free to guests. 
 
Outside the 3 acre lawned grounds provide ample opportunity to make the most of hot summer days. Badminton, table tennis and five a side nets for your energetic entertainment. To make the most of the balmy summer evenings enjoy al-fresco dining on the large decked terrace shaded during the day by luscious grapevines (feel free to help yourself in season). Eat lunch by the pool on the large oak table provided, or sip a cool long drink under the shade of one of the three enormous walnut trees. To facilitate outside eating the property comes equipped with a professional standard barbecue cuisine centre – utilising combined gas (provided on site) and charcoal. To expediate thirsty guests the decked area comes complete with large outside fridge freezer for your convenience. Those of you seeking meals without the hassle of preparation, will find easy access to around a dozen quality restaurants within a 5 mile radius. 
 
Sun worshippers can enjoy uninterrupted sun at the pool area from early morning until dusk (pool and garden are South facing). Sun beds and pool towels (offered twice per week free of charge) to soak up the rays next to the huge stunning pool (lilos/inflatables etc available if you prefer to sunbathe or frolic in the water!) 
 
Les Trois Noix offers guests total privacy as the property is not overlooked from any side. However, you are certainly not isolated. Turn left at the end of the road for Hautefort with its fairytale château (and large supermarket) or right to Tourtoirac, with its internationally renowned grotto, and picturesque town centre – both only a 3-4 minute drive away. Should you wish to be more active on your break, the local countryside and river Auvezerre provides ample opportunity. Kayak/canoeing is a mere minute or two away. Fantastic walking and cycling trails, including the Lawrence of Arabia route (bike hire available locally) on your doorstep A highly regarded pony club less than a 10 minute drive, although expect to be trotting past familiar territory as you make your way along the lane next to the house on horseback!

Please note that we only rent our stunning property for a maximum 6/7 weeks in the year between 14 July and 8 September 2018. This coincides with the kid's long Summer holiday in UK, with slight overlap either side. Please email if your requirements differ (for example to accommodate Scottish holidays).

We had a fabulous holiday at this property. The house and pool were amazing and there were lots of garden games and space to entertain the children. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back here.
