We have lived in this beautiful corner of the Dordogne since the end of 2014. Originally from the Netherlands, I have lived and worked in the UK for many years, where I met Mark, who stems from the Midlands. We live on-site with our three elderly dogs and are available at a moment's notice should our guests require anything. Both our gîtes are set in private gardens, surrounded by hedges and fencing, allowing our guests to completely relax and enjoy their well-earned holiday!

|Why this location?||The Périgord Vert is beautiful with its rolling hills, lots of green fields and gorgeous villages. There is plenty to do for everyone, be it antique markets, visiting castles, caves, golf, kayaking, etc. This area is not as busy with tourists as the Périgord Noir, further south, which is only 1.5 hrs away by car should people, making it ideal for a day trip. The night sky is stunning when a million stars come out - all in all, it's a perfect location to recharge the batteries!|
|Unique benefits of property||l'Atelier has the most stunning views over the rolling countryside to the front, making it even more enjoyable to have an aperitif on the covered terrace. The village of Sarrazac is very quiet, yet there is plenty to do in the area. The village has an épicerie which sells all the necessary items, and a restaurant which serves lunch during the week (and by prior appointment during evenings and weekends). It is a perfect location to return to after a hectic day sight-seeing, which can be finished off with a dip in the plunge pool. Or just stay and do nothing, enjoying the peaceful surroundings.|
One of the 'beautiful villages' of France, the old medieval centre of Saint-Jean-de-Côle is a 'must see' during your stay. There are three restaurants to choose from for lunch.
