Gite Sanglier is a first floor barn conversion with a large private balcony terrace overlooking the swimming pool and ancient Foret de La Double.
The gite has a large open plan living, dining and kitchen space; three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en suite.
The kitchen is kitted out with everything the holiday chef might desire. There is also a Morso wood fired oven on the balcony terrace for the essential holiday bbq.
The living room is furnished with two sofas, coffee tables, a quiet reading area, large sideboard complete with the essential family holiday games.
The main bedroom has private access on to the balcony and is furnished with a large king sized hand forged iron four poster bed. There is a hanging unit and chest of drawers. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom.
The middle room is also fitted with a king size hand forged iron bed, wardrobe and chair.
The smaller room is furnished with two single hand forged iron beds and a hanging unit.
Both bathrooms have been furnished to a high standard with travertine marble throughout. The en suite has a walk in shower; and the family bathroom has a large bath and walk in shower.
The apartment is heated with electric radiators. These are not normally needed in the summer!
Gite Sanglier is kitted out with many games and books, there is also a tv and dvd player.
Poolside there are a selection of games such as Jenga and pool polo.
There are a variety of walking routes throughout the Foret de La Double and you can hire cycles through Freewheeling France if you wish to travel that little bit further.
Gite Sanglier has a large balcony terrace furnished with a dining table and chairs and furniture to relax in. The pool is completely visible from the balcony.
The pool has a large terrace for relaxing in the sunshine, and there is a lovely guest garden.
Gite Sanglier has a free private parking space for two cars.
The gite is on the first floor accessed by a staircase.

The beds are all hand forged iron with cashmere mattresses to ensure a quality holiday sleep. The salt water swimming pool is 10m x 5m and heated. There is cycling and walking on our doorstep and the night skies are beautiful.|
Rural Gites has a market within easy driving distance for every day of the week. Issigeac, one of Frances 100 Beaux Villages is a short drive away and has a beautiful Sunday morning market. There is also St Seurin, Libourne, Perigueux and Sarlat if you don't mind a longer drive.
