A wonderful setting with friendly & helpful hosts. The gite had everything we needed, although due to the extreme heat it was overbearing at night on occasions. Hardly a fair criticism though, considering the heatwave that was consuming the whole of Europe at the time. Nevertheless the excellent pool provided superb relief during lazy sun baked days.
Lynn provided a first rate vegetarian meal (at our son's request) upon our arrival after a long drive on the first night. Most welcome. Plenty of information available about local sights and restaurants. Overall an extremely relaxing break. We would all happily return.
Oh... we loved the alpacas!
