The Wine Lodge 4 person luxury gite self catering house with pool in the Dordogne South West France is great place for a getaway and to indulge your love of wine. Underfloor heating throughout makes this as wonderful a winter escapade as it is a summer one. Poplar paneling on the high ceilings, old stone and natural materials contribute to a feeling of space and luxury.
The wood deck has table, chairs, sun loungers.
This delightful self catering luxury gite in the Dordogne is wheelchair accessible and certified accessible by the Association of Handicap Accessibility in France. A barbeque is available in the shaded park next to the hamac and the swing and slide.

The kitchen has high quality appliances (dishwasher, small fridge with freezer compartment, cooker, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle), cooking utensils and crockery and wonderful crystal wine glasses from which to sip wine from the organic vineyards in the views around you.
The dining table seats 4 but can extend to 8 for your visitors.
The living room is part of the open plan kitchen dining lounge and has a sofa, two arm chairs and two wicker chests.
There are two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. One has a double bed and walk in shower room (wheelchair accessible) and the other has two single beds (that can be made double) and a claw foot bath in the bathroom.

Underfloor heating throughout.
There is high speed wi-fi and a wireless speaker that can play your music from your smart phone or music device. There is no tv.
A large private wooden deck with teak table and chairs and sun loungers (all FSC). In the shared gardens there is a bbq (exclusively for the Lodge) and additional seating area.
Parking is free and available (no garage).
The washing machine and drier are outside the gite terrace in the utility room that is shared with the tasting room.
Caro Feely is passionate about France, Wine and Organic farming and sharing these passions with guests. She is a WSET wine educator, a writer, a winemaker/ wine farmer and a tour guide. Caro is Irish; grew up in South Africa and has lived and worked on four continents. In 2005 she and husband Sean decided to follow their dream and make France home.

|Unique benefits of property||Chateau Feely is an organic farm and vineyard with two luxury ecological holiday houses and a lovely 12m*4m salt water pool. Wine tasting, wine school, wine and food pairing and many wine related activities are available on site. The property is a ten minute walk from Saussignac which has two wonderful restaurants. It is five minutes drive from Gardonne with a mainline station and key amenities (pharmacy, superette, bank, hairdresser) and 15 minutes from Bergerac and Ste Foy la Grande. The Wine Lodge and the tasting room are certified handicap accessible. This is a quiet location with stunning views but easy walking access to a village and restaurants. The property is at the end of a cul de sac so no through traffic.|
