|Why this location?||We wanted a location that was quiet, but not isolated or too rural, with amenities nearby. Monsac is just that, a small, pretty, quitessential Perigordine village with mellow stone houses, which date back 100's of years.|
|Unique benefits of property||In a quiet village, with Depot du Pain. With a fully enclosed courtyard garden and private pool, which isn't overlooked, covered terrace for al fesco dining? Very characterful, but renovated to a high standard. In sought after area close to all attractions.|
