About the Owner/Advertiser, Mrs Caroline Atkinson

We are a married couple that have travelled to many places over the years, but just fell in love with France and its way of life and made a permanent move five years ago and we love it and hope our guests will love it as much as us!

Year property purchased 2018
Why this location? We wanted a location that was quiet, but not isolated or too rural, with amenities nearby. Monsac is just that, a small, pretty, quitessential Perigordine village with mellow stone houses, which date back 100's of years.
Unique benefits of property In a quiet village, with Depot du Pain. With a fully enclosed courtyard garden and private pool, which isn't overlooked, covered terrace for al fesco dining? Very characterful, but renovated to a high standard. In sought after area close to all attractions.

Fabulous converted pigeonnier full of character and great village location. Caroline and Tony were great hosts always on hand for anything we may have needed but also giving us privacy. The gite was full of character, very clean and finished to an extremely high standard also the pool area was perfect. From the moment we arrived we immediately felt at home and able to relax. The very large welcome basket was filled with lots of lovely things. We will definitely return.

Amazing holiday Gite - in a great village location. Immaculate accommodation to a very high standard and the owners live next door so available if you need them but they leave you to enjoy everything without interfering. Caroline and Tony were such lovely owners and made us feel so at home with our 3 dogs! The swimming pool was large and just made such a difference to our holiday.
We were so lucky with the weather so it was an amazing holiday and we definitely intend to go back again!
