About this property

19th Century Farmhouse With All Modern Features. This villa is in a village setting.

The 19th century Farmhouse has all modern facilities!

We are ideally placed halfway between the historic cities of Sarlat and Bergerac, in the centre of the Dordogne area and its multitude of attractions. See castles, caves, medieval villages, markets, canoeing, walking and so on; activities for the young and not so young alike.

We are close to the the medieval village of Tremolat, which has a huge 11th century Abbey Church, and is situated away from main highways, close to the river Dordogne. There is a bakery, Tuesday market, a bar and four restaurants, (amazing for a small village!) All within a 3 minute walk.

Outside the south-west facing garden includes a Barbecue area and Gazebo; all for your exclusive use. There are views of open countryside and hills from the garden.
