Domaine de Leymeronnie is a large estate nestled in 21 acres of private land.
It comprises of two large buildings, the Farm House and the Barn set either side of a central courtyard. The Farm House sleeps 10 in 4 bedrooms and the Barn sleeps 24 in 11 bedrooms. All together there are 10 bathrooms and 1 separate wc. Out of the bedrooms, 3 are wheelchair and disabled accessible.
The Barn has a large dining room (+70m2) with adjoining catering kitchen and there is also a kitchen in the Farm House, as well as 2 additional kitchenettes.
There is also group dining outside, on the courtyard and on the back terrace. Large group barbecue is available.
Outside catering can be arranged as well as hog roasts, birthday cakes etc. We can also organise a daily baguette and croissant delivery for you.
There are living rooms in both buildings.
The Farm House has 1 ground floor double bedroom with adjoining bathroom, and upstairs there are three bedrooms and a bathroom.
The Barn has 3 ground floor bedrooms, each wheelchair/disabled accessible with adjoining bathrooms. Upstairs there are a further 8 bedrooms (with a mixture of single and double beds) and 5 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are family bedrooms with room for 4 guests.
The ground floor bathroom in the Farm House has a bath, a double sink and a wc.
Upstairs in the Farm House there is a bathroom with open plan shower, double sink and a wc.
The Barn has 3 downstairs bathrooms, all of which have disabled access with open plan showers, sinks and wc's.
Upstairs in the Barn there is 1 bathroom with a bath, sink and wc, and 4 bathrooms with showers, sinks and wc's.
Central heating throughout.
Wi-fi internet access and a bluetooth speaker.
Extensive gardens with pathways, lit pathway to floodlit multisports arena and petanque court.
12 x 7m heated wheelchair accessible swimming pool, which is security fenced and has a lockable gate.
Ample off road private parking.
Domaine de Leymeronnie is suitable for all age groups and all abilities.
We are a British/Finnish family with two children born in France and have lived here since 2002.

Huge local market every Wednesday morning from early til 12 o'clock. All manner of things for sale, from snails and live chickens to local fruit and veg, fish stalls, meat and deli products, sweets, honey, cakes, breads, soap, clothes, jewellery, cheese, furtniture and more! If you can't find it there, you probably won't need it!
