About the Owner/Advertiser, Mrs Helen Gray

Helen and James are a retired couple who live mainly in London but use the property in France as a second home. They tend to spend some of the summer months at Petites Cotes but La Grange (where they live) is entirely separate from La Petite Maison and is not overlooked. We value your privacy as I am sure you would value ours! However we are on hand to welcome you, help you or simply give you some advice if required.

Why this location? We absolutely fell in love with this property "love at first sight" and with the location - so unspoilt and the setting is so calm and tranquil with only the sounds being birds, frogs and deer in the nearby woods. It was a 'must' for us to get away from the hustle and bustle and find that inner peace, which we certainly found!
Unique benefits of property The peace and tranquility are the unique benefits of the property - so unspoilt and natural yet has sophistication
