3 Bedrooms, three double beds and a double sofa bed , 2 shower rooms, sleeps 6.

Domaine de Kokotia is a quiet idyllic family complex with terraced houses in the Acotz area of St Jean de Luz, 4.5 km from the centre of St Jean de Luz itself. Rental of the property provides access to the excellent on-site facilities: Shared use of a swimming pool (open between mid June & mid September), tennis Courts (2x hard court), children's playground, Frontón to play pelota, little football pitch with goals and basketball hoops. The Shopping centre is 1 km away from the property. Parking is available in front of the house. The summit of La Rhune dominates the view from the (60m2) back garden and terrace area (garden furniture and bbq provided).

Coast/Beach: 2 Minutes walking distance from the closest beaches. Dozens of beaches within a few kilometres north or south, including many excellent surfing locations.

Golf/Skiing: There are 7 golf courses within 20 minutes drive: Golf de Biarritz, Golf de Chiberta, Golf d’Ilbarritz, Makila Golf Club, Golf d’Arcangues, Golf de la Nivel, Golf de Chantaco. Within a further 30/40 minutes away there are 6 other courses: Golf Epherra, Golf de Salies de Bearn, Golf d’Hossegor, Golf de Seignosse, Golf de Pinsolle and Golf de Moliets. Please note that a golf pass exists for 5 of them (Biarritz, Arcangues, Moliets, Makila and Seignosse).
A number of different ski stations in France (e.g. Gourette, Irati) or Spain (Candanchu) approx 2 hours by car.

There are several airports in the surrounding: the nearest is Biarritz,only 10 minutes from the house, from Pau it takes less than 1 hour, from Bordeaux or Bilbao about 2 hours and from Toulouse 3 hours.
Easy drive to Lourdes.

1 bedroom downstairs with a double bed, window to back garden and view of the Pyrenees.

Upstairs rooms have sloping roof, there are 2 double bedrooms (one bed is 1m30wide and other is 1m20wide) there is also a single bed in the are between the two bedrooms for additional flexibility of sleeping arrangements for our guests.

A travel cot is also available.

1 downstairs and 1 other upstairs.


Portable oil radiators available.


Tv in lounge as well as some books.

Plenty going in in St Jean de Luz and other towns. Leaflets available at the house or more from the tourist office.

Why this location? Fantastic location, you have the best of both worlds. Beach within 200meters and mountains within 10 minutes drive.
Unique benefits of property Fantastic location, beach within 200 meters, in a nice quiet well maintained complex. There is a shared pool that really does not get very busy and also 2 tennis courts. As well as a play area with swings etc for younger children and for those a little older there is a play area for pelota, football and basketball. The house has its own garden and parking is available in front of the house.

Markets are on every morning in town. But more stalls are placed on Tuesdays and Fridays.
There is a huge choice of restaurants in town. La Bodega is a nice one that never disappoints. Most of them have good menu offers.
