An excellent gite. Over many years as a wheelchair user, I have had to 'make do'. Jim and Jo were excellent hosts and made our stay very comfortable and relaxed. My only recommendation would be for a permanent, fixed chair in the shower room and a quality cooking knife, suitable for chopping vegetables in the kitchen.
On the whole we were both more than happy and will definitely consider booking at Gite Gardes again
Beautifully converted and spacious modern gite in the most delightful setting. Jim and Jo strike a perfect balance between being accommodating, welcoming and helpful and at the same time allowing you to live the French dream for your time there. The gite has a view to die for, is in a great location which feels very private, whilst being a very short distance from its countryside setting into a lovely local town. It is very well equipped with everything we needed and we have no hesitation recommending it - in fact we recommended it to friends within days of being there.
