This is a lovely country home converted from an old french stone barn, situated in a very quiet rural lane overlooking rolling countryside. The garden is fully fenced and pet friendly.
There is a large utility room leading off the Studio with washing machine and plenty of hanging space and drying rack.
About 5Km away from village with fantastic baker and village shop.
The main house has open plan kitchen and dining with a large gas range with 2 electric ovens. Dishwasher and Fridge/Freezer.
A kitchenette and breakfast bar also available with one of the bedrooms which has its own fridge, microwave and kettle.
There is a large patio with barbecue and seating for up to 10.
Dining area has a large dining room table that seats 10. Plenty of room to move around and stretch ones legs. Seating offers 3 very comfortable sofas and a large tv for entertainment and plenty of dvds.
The Studio also has its own television and children's dvds.
One of the bedrooms offers a Super King size bed 230 x 230 with a joining dressing room and an en suite bathroom with a full size bath and walk-in shower.
Another bedroom has a large double bed which can be made up as 2 singles. En suite bathroom with shower and kitchenette with breakfast bar and kettle, microwave, fridge and sink.
The Studio has 1 single bed downstairs and 2 singles on mezzanine. There is an en suite bathroom with shower.
The garden room leads off the studio for reading and relaxing. It also has a door to the front patio.
By the swimming pool there is a wooden Chalet sleep-out with 2 single beds and patio.

There is a large car park to the side of the property leading into the paddock which also has a small garage.

The property was great, well - equipped, as advertised, a good size for a family of 4, reasonably strong WiFi, lovely pool and outside area. The grass could have been trimmed a bit further and the pool could do with a better cleaning/ filtration rather than the manual net. However, these are minor gripes as we would thoroughly recommend the property. You do need a car as there are no shops within walking distance.
The owners were very friendly and responsive when we had a couple of minor issues.
