The Farmhouse has a spacious well equipped farmhouse dining kitchen with Aga, electric cooker and hob, combination microwave oven, American fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. It has a dining area with dining table and chairs. The kitchen opens onto a large covered dining terrace with charcoal bbq, large table, chairs and plenty of space for everyone to relax and eat shaded from the sun.
The Apartment has an archway from the living space through to a well equipped kitchen with hob, combination microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment and coffee machine. The dining area is in the main living space and chairs and a table are provided for eating outside, it has its own charcoal bbq.
In Barn Cottage a couple of steps lead up to a well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, combination microwave oven, coffee machine. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen in the large living space, again a table, chairs and bbq are outside.
The Farmhouse has a beautifully furnished separate lounge/living area with log burner, comfortable sofas, UK tv and wi-fi.
The Apartment has an open plan ground floor living area with large comfortable sofa and dining table and chairs, log burner, UK tv and wi-fi. There is a connecting door from the Apartment living area through to the Farmhouse kitchen.
Barn Cottage has a spacious, airy, oak beamed, open plan living area with leather sofas, dining table and chairs, log burner, UK tv and wi-fi.
In the Farmhouse there are four bedrooms, sleeping 8. There is one double bedroom with king-size bed on the ground floor, off the lounge. There are two double bedrooms on the first floor, one with a carved wooden French-style bed and ensuite shower room, one with king size bed and connecting door to the twin room with bunk beds.
The Apartment sleeps 2 and has one bedroom up a spiral staircase to the mezzanine level with a very comfortable king-size bed with dressing table and hanging space.
Barn Cottage has three bedrooms and sleeps 6. It has a lovely ground floor double ensuite bedroom with walk-in shower. A beautiful wooden open tread staircase leads to one twin bedroom and one double bedroom both with hanging space. There is a walk-in shower room separating the two rooms.
In the Farmhouse, in addition the the en suite bedroom there is a shower-room and wc on the ground floor plus a family bathroom with bath, shower and wc on the first floor.
The Apartment has a shower room/wcon the ground floor.
Barn Cottage has an en suite shower room with wc to the ground floor bedroom and a walk-in shower room with wc separating the two first floor bedrooms.
The Farmhouse and Apartment are centrally heated, Barn Cottage has electric radiators and all properties have a log burner.
There is UK tv and wi-fi throughout the properties.
The area around the property is a mixture of lawned and gravel areas. The Farmhouse has large covered dining terrace with a charcoal bbq, large table and chairs with plenty of space for everyone to relax and eat shaded from the sun. The Apartment and Barn Cottage each have their own outside seating areas with charcoal bbq.
To the rear of all three properties is a lovely 10m x 5m heated pool with travertine terrace and views over the countryside. The pool is very private, not overlooked and there are plenty of sun-loungers and parasols.
There is parking for several cars on the gravel driveway and there is an open barn where cars can be parked in the shade.
Perfect for large family groups. There's plenty of space to come together as a group or spend time apart in privacy.

The local markets are always worth a visit. Eymet's market is not to be missed and is on a Thursday, Miramont's market is on a Monday and the market at Issigeac on a Sunday is always very busy so try to get there early. Evening markets in the summer months are great to visit.
The area is home to some of the most beautiful villages in France. Named as some of 'Les plus beaux villages de France', Belves, Beynac-et-Cazenac, Castelnaud-la-Chapelle, Domme, La Roque-Gageac, Monflanquin and Monpazier are all worth a visit.
Head east of the property and visit the impressive chateaux of Biron, Beynac and Castelnaud-la-Chapelle.
The Jardins de Marqueyssac are beautiful, and the view from the viewing platform across the Dordogne valley towards La Roque-Gageac is spectacular.
There are many locally produced wines in the largest wine producing area of France, and perhaps the world! Visits to vineyards can be organised or winetasting can be arranged at this property by a local vigneron. There are signposted wine trails scattered around the area.
