|Why this location?||Proximity to Roscoff for ease of use thanks to the Plymouth-Roscoff ferry service. More importantly, the striking beauty of the landscape / seascape (white sand, turquoise blue water, granit boulders...), the local culture with a strong orientation to the sea and farming, the quality of food, particularly seafood and vegetables. Last but not least, nearby Le Dossen beach offers exceptional potential for watersports.|
|Unique benefits of property||Located in a quiet area (surrounded by artichoke / cauliflower fields), it is nevertheless close to town so as not to have to use the car if that is the feeling. Proximity of the beach (300 meters). Roscoff has a lot to offer, especially in the summer. Very cycling friendly as there are dedicated cycling routes all over, the roads are pretty quiet, and the attitude towards cyclists is usually very good. The house is cosy, the garden south- facing and pretty sheltered from the wind. The neighbours are friendly and helpful.|
