The property is private and secure, with access via electronic gates.

Larger supermarkets, bakeries etc are also close at hand, a 5 minute drive in the car.

Leading off from the kitchen is a conservatory breakfast room/extended bay with 270 degree views of the sea and gardens. Doors lead out to two covered patios and a large decking area overlooking the Bay of Douarnenez, across to the Crozon peninsula.

At the rear of the lounge, there is also a formal dining area (with patio doors on to the sea facing terrace) seating up to 6 people.

Living rooms

The villa has a large spacious, light and airy lounge with views of the sea and of the front garden with its mature pines and shrubs.

Comfy 2-3 seater sofas & electric reclining armchair provide relaxed seating. A large flat screen tv with English and French free-to-view channels has a dvd player for your use.

At the rear of the lounge, there is also a formal dining area (with patio doors on to the sea facing terrace) seating up to 6 people.


Three Bedrooms: 2 double and 1 twin (sleep 6)

Off the dining area, a small lobby leads to a very spacious ground floor bedroom with king size bed and an en-suite bathroom (with bath, separate double shower, twin sinks, a bath, separate wc and a dressing area).

A wide spiral staircase leads up to the first floor where there are two further bedrooms (a king-sized and a twin) and a shared bathroom.

Both bedrooms on the first floor are sea facing and enjoy wonderful views over the Bay of Douarnenez. The twin bedroom, which has two single beds, can also be made into a king-sized bedroom if a 3rd double is required. This bedroom also has a small viewing balcony.

Heating period for the villa is from September to May

A small selection of dvds and reading books are available in the villa.

The villa gardens (lawned and shrub borders) are private and the entrance secured by electronic gates.

A large decked patio area stretches the full width of the villa and has a patio table, 6 chairs, 3 sunbeds and charcoal bbq (Weber)

This is a stunning property in a beautiful setting. It is comfortable and well furnished, clean and well maintained. The views out to sea over the bay are second to none.

The welcome pack was excellent and the owner's instructions and information comprehensive.

Local restaurants were limited and there wasn't much by way of other local amenities. It is, however, perfect for a beach holiday.
