My place is close to nowhere - total silence and fresh French air. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the location, and the outdoor space. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).
Our charming kitchen has traditional look whist combining all modern features.
The kitchen has an informal dining area where breakfast or lunch can be served.
There is a more formal dining area in the living area but that is usually used for dinner time or festive dining.
There are 2 living areas.
The formal sitting room has a wood log fireplace and has 2 sofas with coffee-table.
The informal living area is a combination of games/tv room, music room and entertainment for kids.
There are 4 large bedrooms on first and second floors.
The 2 top floor bedrooms have double beds.
The first floor bedrooms are a master suite with en suite shower room and a family bedroom with 2 double beds and a bunk bed - additionally there is a travel baby cot which is folded away.
There are 2 bathrooms in total with additional loo on first floor.
The top floor has a 3 piece suite; master bedroom has an en suite shower and there is a loo with wash hand basin on first floor.
The house is heated with electrical convection storage heaters operated locally.
The games room has a huge amount of features including -
Sky tv (Freeview channel)
Vhs and dvd players (there are plenty of classic vhs and dvd available)
Internet with high speed broadband
There are front and back gardens.
The back garden has a lawned area with a patio where there is a large table and chairs for 8 people. There is a barbecue (bring your own coal)
Parking - there is an off-street parking space and further parking outside the house on the main road (very quiet traffic wise)
The house is suitable for anyone really, families are most welcome.
Due to stairs to get to sleeping quarters i would not recommend this house for wheelchair users.
I love travelling around the world with my family. France has a special place in my heart and we keep coming back time and time again.
|Year property purchased||2016|
|Why this location?||Amazing beauty of Brittany, Tregarvan is set in a tiny village on the outskirts of National Park - just amazingly tranquil.|
|Unique benefits of property||The house is dating back to 19th century - its such a time lapse when you go there.
The feel of the past, whilst all mod cons are catered for, is all present. I love going back time and time again.
At the gates of the Crozon peninsular, the goals of the school museum are to preserve, to analyse, to valorise and to convey the history of Breton countryside schooling from the Third Republic and the laws about free, compulsory and secular education. After a first exhibition area, you can discover the old school of Tregarvan and its classrooms.
