|Villa Kerfiat II||Self Catering||Saturday||3||6||1|
Recently renovated villa with covered heated shared pool, panoramic sea views and direct access to the beach (80m), Roscoff 16km.
Villa Kerfiat II is in a desirable location on the north coast of Brittany, just a short walk from a small beach (80m) with another larger beach just 200m away.
Also, the property shares a covered, heated pool with a neighbouring holiday property (Kerfiat I), with the pool cleverly located between the two houses with direct access from both.
(Both properties can be rented together for a large group with the added benefit of exclusive use of the pool).
The first-floor terrace is a perfect spot to enjoy the panoramic sea views as well as the garden and pool. The ‘upside down’ layout of Villa Kerfiat II means that sea views can also be enjoyed from the open plan living/dining area on the first floor. The bedrooms are on the ground floor.
The property was renovated to a high standard in 2018 and has a light and airy feel throughout.
Equally important the villa has a very peaceful setting, surrounded by fields and located at the end of a small road with little or no traffic.
Furthermore, a small path leads from the property to the coast and a small sandy and rocky beach. The coastal path continues in both directions, allowing you to discover this beautiful and diverse stretch of coastline of lovely coves, protected sand dunes and beautiful sandy beaches including the larger and more popular Keradennec beach just 200m from the property.
There are plenty of water sports activities nearby including windsurfing, bodysurfing, paddle boarding, kayak and many more in nearby Mogueriec, Sibiril or Santec.

Beautiful sandy beach just 200m from the property.
The seaside town of Roscoff is a picturesque and charming port, home of the onion Johnnies. In August the town goes onion crazy with the Fête de l’Onion and you enjoy onions in all their forms whether in a classic onion soup or a tart. Other attractions include the wonderful botanical garden, a 10 minute walk from the centre of town and Sainte Barbe’s Chapel, situated on a rocky headland offering panoramic views of Roscoff, the coastline and Ile de Batz. There are numerous restaurants in town where you can enjoy the famous crepes bretonnes and taste fresh fish and seafood.
Ile de Batz is a small, pretty island situated opposite Roscoff and accessed by a 15 minute boat crossing. There are several walks on this mainly car free island which is less than 4km long and superb far-reaching views from the lighthouse.
