An excellent cottage, very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed - including a well equipped kitchen, beach towels, and a high chair and cot for our toddler. The owner was very helpful and friendly. The property is in a beautiful setting with a lovely garden and only 10 mins walk from a brilliant beach. Also only 15 mins walk into town for a small selection of shops and restaurants. The area has lots to do and we enjoyed visiting Saint Malo, Dinan and Mont Saint-Michel. None of the restaurants in Saint Briac open until 7.30pm in the evening which we found difficult for eating out with 2 young children, but they are also open at lunch times too. 'Le Rusty' restaurant 5 mins walk from the house served very nice food and has a lovely garden at the back.

The cottage is in a leafy secluded residential location in the village, privately situated within its own gardens. The appearance was immacuate and internally it is tastefully furnished and decorated, very well appointed with everything we required for a very pleasant week's stay. The owners were friendly and discreet, available when needed but not intrusive. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to discerning party's who wanted a holiday near the coast with outdoor walks and places of interest to visit close at hand and slightly farther afield. The village has many restaurants and cafes if you did not want to cook. Also there are shops for essential needs and boutique and artisanal outlets all within close distance in the village. The accommodation was perfectly large enough for a family but offers generous accommodation for a party of two. The condition of the equipment was excellent and everything was very clean and well cared for. It was a property we have promised ourselves to return to. A week was not long enough!
