The property is over 300 years old with the original beams throughout and a large garden. The garden has a covered decking area for outside eating and its own barbecue, sunloungers, and garden games. Plenty of parking space. A gravel courtyard which has a second covered seating area and above ground swimming pool.
Use of the owners washing maching is at a small cost. Welcome pack on arrival.
Open plan kitchen and dining. The kitchen has gas hob/oven, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board, all cooking utensils, saucepans, etc.
The living room is open plan with the kitchen. There are oak beams, a large granite fire place with log burning fire, wood flooring, 2 and 3 seater sofas, and a large dining table to seat 6.
Tv with Sky and Freeview, a dvd player with lots of dvds which you can hire, and a selection of board games.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, side light, chair and mirror.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, side light, chair and mirror.
Bedroom 3: Two single beds, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, side light, chair and mirror.
All bedrooms have carpets.

The floor is tiled.
Electric oiled radiators only to be used for out of season lets.

The medieval town of Dinan has a Thursday market and takes 45 mins by car. It has shops, banks, restaurants, a river where you can hire a boat and go up and down the river.
Dinard airport is 1 hour away. The ferry port of Caen is 1 hour away.
The beautiful medieval town of Forgeres, with its stunning chateau is 20 mins drive away with shops, restaurants, all close to the chateau. On the way to Forgeres, you can take the road through Forgeres forest, where you can park your car and go on walks and go to the man-made beach and lake.
Small town and port of Granville, with a market on Saturday mornings is just a 45 mins drive away. There is a beach (sand) safe for children with restaurants, on the coastal road there are also more sandy beaches, all safe for children.
Le Mont St Michel, 35 mins driving. An island town in the sea with shops, restaurants and museums.
Monthault has a shop/bar restaurant and is 5 mins away.
St Martin has a park for children and is only 10 mins away.
The town of St Hilaire has supermarkets, banks, restaurants and is 15 mins away and a market day on a Wednesday. St James has a supermarket, banks, restaurants and is 10 mins away. Forgeres town has a Chinese restaurant and takes 20 mins by car.
To the town of St Malo is 50 minutes drive, where you can get a ferry to Guernsey.
Very comfortable stay in a beautiful setting. The garden area was particularly lovely. The owners were friendly and welcoming. It was easy to get up to the coast and down to attractive town of fougeres. Highly recommended.
