Large Comfortable Cottage 25 mins from Mt St Michel.. This cottage/gite is in a rural setting.

Downstairs is south facing and open plan - it gets the sun all day long. Plenty of sofas and chairs, ideal for family gatherings. The house next door sleeps 10 and is also available for rent. For autumn and winter bookings there is plenty of wood in the garage that can be used in the woodburner.

There is a shower room on the ground floor and a bathroom with bath/shower on the first floor.

Heating

Woodburner and electric heaters in all rooms.

Entertainment

High Speed Fibre Optic Internet planned for 2019 season. Please enquire. Large new flat screen tv with capacity to stream live tv via the internet. There is a library and various games both indoor and outdoor for you to use.

Garden and outside

You have a private garden area to the rear of the house and a very large open garden to the front of the house with a bbq area, table and plenty of seating.

Close to Mont St Michel, St Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Avranches, Fougeres, Rennes and more. Walkable to village with bar, restaurant and patisserie and just 3km from a town with shops, supermarket, chemist, restaurants.

Carolles Plage and Mt St Michel. Drive 20 mins to Genets and do the famous walk across the bay with a guide, or do it on horseback.
