Private gardens. The beautiful outside has exotic, palms, fir and spruce trees, evergreen and deciduous trees and as per the house name, Camelia as well as rhododendron and fern; and if you are there in autumn, the apple trees will be heavily laden. There is a large hard wood table and chairs and benches for your picnic lunches, as well as sunloungers to laze in the sun. Also a child's swing set.
Parking inside the grounds.
Not suitable for those with mobility problems due to the three floors and too many stairs to climb.
This is a perfect family holiday home set within 1/2 an acre of level enclosed gardens complete with children's play area, playroom and bicycles (2 adults and 2 childrens). Within 2.5 hours of Roscoff and St Malo. Close to the scenic riverside town of Pont-Aven, made famous by the artist Gaugin and well known today for connoisseurs of fine art galleries, wonderful seafood restaurants and riverboat trips.
Bed linen is supplied but you will need your own towels. You are asked to either launder the bed linen at the end of your stay or leave some cash for the caretaker to do the necessary. There is a spacious basement if you wish to bring your own bikes, to use as storage. One well behaved dog is welcome but the owner must ensure no mess is left in the garden and the house must be thoroughly cleaned before leaving.
