Also downstairs there is a study with table and chair; dining room with large table and seating for 6, and stairs off leading to the first floor; where you will find a family bathroom with bath and sink and separate toilet and one double bedroom. Then there is the large pine clad lounge area with open stone fireplace, tv, dvd and music centre. There is a leather settee and armchair, and a piano here too, and a further seating area with table and chairs.

Private fishing and private swimming pool; set in acres of surrounding meadows with walking paths around. Outside there is a private garden, fully enclosed with sturdy wooden gates, covered parking in a thatched barn, large fenced pool (open June - September, dependent on weather) with garden furniture and bbq. There are ponies in the stable, which are not for riding, but do keep the grass down in the paddock. Access to the lake is by a small pathway, and you are welcome to fish or just walk around it. It is believed there are both carp and perch available.
Secure parking behind enclosed walled gardens
For all but not those with mobility problems
The area is heavily forested, with Camors Forest not far from the house, so plenty of opportunity to ramble and explore. There is also the Camors Adventure Forest which is less than 1 mile from the house, there you can explore the tree tops by climbing and sliding down death slides! From age 9 upwards, not for the faint hearted.
Baud and Camors are good sized towns and are both in very easy reach and have bars, restaurants and the usual compliment of shops. Baud has 2 large supermarkets as well.
