Why this location? Good relaxing rural location with great views over fields and woods, yet very convenient being only 3km from local village amenities (bakery, shops etc.) and close to many beaches, attractions and activities. South East Brittany on average is warmer and drier than elsewhere in Brittany (and UK!) yet is only 1.5 hours from St Malo ferry with easy motorway and local airport access. A great escape and change of scenery to enjoy with family and/or friend(s)!
Unique benefits of property Great large garden and south facing patio for relaxing (or running around in) with bright rural views from both outside and inside. Well equipped property with broadband internet/wifi, French ADSL (Orange) TV and UK Freesat HD, dishwasher, washing machine etc. Large property ideal for couples (low off peak rates and plenty of space) right up to groups of 10 - large attic room with beds, sofa and TV is ideal for kids giving adults peace and quiet! All this combined with a great location!

Les chenes was a lovely detached French house in a quiet peaceful setting 5 minutes from a pretty French village. It was convenient for all the places we wanted to visit. It was warm and comfortable and well equipped. There was only 2 of us but it is ideal for a family with plenty of room and a big garden. We had a couple of little negatives the rubbish from the previous occupants hadn't been disposed of and no lid on the bin in the kitchen and pans had been put back in the cupboard unwashed. But otherwise we enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it. Lovely places we visited Damgan, Auray Lorient, carnac, la baule, guerande
