I have been here in Central Rural Brittany for over 25 years having left a 9-5 job to raise my now grown up family, enjoying many different qualities of life.
Many 100's of holidaymakers have shared and enjoyed the facilities that we created, returning time and time again. I look forward to every new arrival as a prospective new friend..
I am on hand to help conquer any challenge that my guests encounter, knowing the region and being able to master the french language.

|Why this location?||First tempted to buy and live on the south coast of Brittany, we opted for Central Rural Brittany. The difference is the lack of traffic, the quiet, the calm and the friendliness of the local Breton people.
The coasts and the beaches with their towns and facilities are an hour of driving away to the north, west and south, maybe crossing a hand full of cars en route.
There are many lakes, museums, historical sites & small towns within a 30 minute radius, giving plenty to explore.
|Unique benefits of property||At Belle Vue, there are a maximum of 12 families here at any one time, so people actually talk to each other.
The Red Farmhouse, The Blue Cottage, mobile home and the campsite share the facilities, so children can explore and make friends with like minded others under the supervision of their parents. There are animals on site, to care for on a daily basis. The enjoyment on the faces of youngsters, when they find an egg under a chicken beats any screen game.
Is by the river. You can visit the partly restored buildings and learn of the history. On Sunday morning there is a craft market. There are some great hills just behind great for walking in, with ancient burial chambers and a magnificent view accross the Lac de Guerledan.
On-site here at Belle Vue, so there is no need to drive anywhere.
A town famous for the "Veille Charrues" Annual Music festival at the end of July. Its just far enough from us to not hear the music or see the crowds. But not to far to come back to sleep and eat before returning and enjoying the next days music. (The Sports shop Decathlon is also in this town...)
That welcome children and serve you the specialities of the local area. We can recommend where to go and ring up and book for you.
A small town, with a medieval likeness to Dinan. But without the bustle. Follow the guide book and you can see the big wide windowsills on the old buildings. There is a church with its tower built behind it on the hillside. There is an old village wash house. At the end of August there is the Festival of the Andouille Sausage, with Breton Dancers in the streets.
The heart of rural Brittany, the ideal base to explore the whole of Brittany. Plenty to do also without getting in the car. Fishing, golf, horse riding and watersports nearby.
Visit her by foot - less than 2kms. A chapel and fountain built by the Romans in a quarry. The stone from the quarry was exported to towns served by the Vannes-Carhaix Roman Road. Its on the border of Côtes d'Armor and Morbihan. Lots of history to discover.
If you see a lot of workers vans in local towns and villages between 12 and 2 there must be a good value meal to be had. An experience of a lifetime. 3 or 4 courses with wine for about 10€. The choice is the Chefs. (NOTE it's advised to take a nap afterwards.)
Pontivy and Gourin, one to the westish - the other to the eastish... both within a short drive. Pontivy has its Chateau and River to enjoy too. Gourin's Chateau de Tronjoly has vast grounds.
Crêpes, snacks and restaurants and Pizzeria within 8km. Many traditional lunchtime menus within a 10km radius, test them all for about 10 Euros each experience. We can point you in the right direction and book for you.
A town with a Chateau and the River Blavet also known a "Napoleanville". Visit the Old town and its shops.
By the River and in the shadow of the Abbaye de Bon Repos. A local craft and produce Market that can supply you with Sunday lunch.
Was everyday! (Amelia aged 4¾). Her mum added in the visitors book " We have had the most wonderful relaxing time ever!!! Heaven on earth! We will definitely be returning ") - and they are, in the summer.
