This comfortable Breton cottage is situated in a quiet rural village but within a short drive of the delightful Southern Brittany coast and the interesting towns, rivers and canals in this attractive area of France. The area is good for walking and cycling. Fishing, golf, horse riding and watersports are some of the activities to be found in the area.
The accommodation provided is for up to 8 people. There is a lounge, satellite tv, wi-fi available. French windows lead to the enclosed garden and patio. The kitchen has a large dining table and is well equipped with crockery, cutlery and utensils for up to 8 people. It also has a gas cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and wood burning stove. There is also a tumbledryer in the barn.
On the ground floor is a double bedroom and shower room. The first floor has 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms with family bathroom.
In the barn is the table tennis table and the store for garden furniture. The log store is at the back of the barn. All gas central heating, power and lighting is provided also sheets/pillowcases There is ample parking beside the barn.
Kitchen with ample crockery/cutlery for up to 8 people, large dining table to seat 8, gas cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and logburner.
In cooler months dine in the well equipped kitchen with the logburner. In the summer eat "al fresco" outside on the patio.

One shower room on ground floor and bathroom on first floor with bath and separate shower cubicle.
Full gas fired central heating is installed. there is also a wood burning stove in the kitchen with logs provided.
Table tennis in barn. Satellite tv, dvd player, radio/cd player, indoor games, books, cds and dvds in the lounge.
Lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and built in BBQ. Barn stores the garden furniture, tumbledryer and table tennis table. There is ample parking.
Parking for several cars by the barn and in front of the house on hard standing.
Ideal for families but also suitable for one or 2 couples who enjoy exploring the coast and countryside of this delightful part of France. Out of season reduced rates for small parties.
The ground floor bedroom and shower room are particularly suitable for guests who suffer with mobility problems.

The area is surrounded by lovely countryside with many interesting towns. There are also many megalithic monuments throughout the area, the most famous being at Carnac.
Market day in Locmine is on Thursday mornings and well worth a visit to buy fresh produce and mix with the locals
Two miles from the house is "Les Bluets" our friendly local cafe/pizzeria at Plumelin. Five miles away are Locmine and Baud where there are several good restaurants, pizzerias and creperies for you to try.
Village location ideal for walking and cycling. Golf courses, swimming, sailing, horse riding and many other activities all within easy reach.
For the Channel ferry St Malo 100 miles.
Nearest port Vannes in the Gulf of Morbihan 15 miles
Plumelin 2 miles. Many places to eat at Baud and Locmine towns both within 6 miles.
The River Blavet to the north of "Les Anglais" is ideal for canoeing and kayaking. An excellent area for walking or cycling beside the river. Also there are boat trips along the river and stopping off places to enjoy a crepe & glass of cider.
Vannes is the largest town in the Morbihan and is well worth a days visit to see the medieval buildings, marina or perhaps take a boat trip around the very interesting Gulf of Morbihan.
