I just wanted to say a big thank you for the use of your house for the last 2 weeks.
Everything was terrific and tip top.
We have been on many similar holidays over the years and this is by far the best house we’ve ever been to.
And your lady Lucy is a gem (as I’m sure you know)
Thanks again and I’m we shall be trying to rent your house again some other year.
Dear Sue and Stephen
We loved the house - spacious, great accommodation and facilities. Lucy was great and Rob. We will certainly think about booking the house again and would recommend it to friends.
Hi, We had a great stay and had some nice warm weather with little rain which was great. We all managed to have a few days out in various places and beaches plus a day at Guemene when the carnival was on.
I personally liked being met by a nice friendly person after the long drive to show us around the house and there was lots of things in the house for the kids to do so they were kept occupied although most of the time we were out enjoying Brittany. There was a great selection of dvds, books, toys and games for the kids and we were never bored.
A really great house and we had a great stay so many thanks for an easy friendly service.
Id say its well priced compared to a lot of others as we had a look at lots, this looked the best to us because of the amount of things to do in the house with heated private pool. I think if you kept things like you do you should have no problem renting the house out.
Many thanks from us all.
Back in Blighty and thanks so much Sue for the loan of your lovely house.
Had a wonderful time.
Many thanks again.
Hi Sue and Stephen
We had fully intended leaving our comments in the book but ended rushing on the morning we left. Overall I can confidently say we loved the house and had a brilliant holiday, thank you.

Hello Stephen & Sue
Just to say how much we all enjoyed our stay in your lovely gite - I would say one of the best out of many we have had over the years and so well equipped. The pool and garden were the perfect setting for our mini Olympics and the gamesroom was much enjoyed, especially the pool table. Also special thanks to Lucy & Gina - friendly and efficient - & Gina's husband too.
Best wishes, Mary & Barry Malpass
Hi Sue & Steve,
Sorry it’s taken me so long to write to say what a wonderful holiday we had back in May at la Maison Fontaine. We had a great time and thank you for all your help with interesting places to visit and things to do. The weather wasn’t always perfect (well it was May!) but there was certainly no lack of things to do as you seem to have provided entertainment for all weathers! The beds were very comfortable and the Gite well equipped and thoughtfully provided with everything needed and more. Well done and we look forward to coming back again next year.

Dear Mr and Mrs Harris
I just wanted to let you know how much we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Maison Fontain this summer. I can honestly say that your gite exceeded our best expectations ! The house was spotlessly clean with more than ample space that made it very homely and comfortable. The children enjoyed hours and hours of fun in the pool as well as the crazy golf in the garden. On the day that we did have some rain we all made use of the gamesroom. In fact some days we had to drag the children from the gamesroom to get them outside in the sun, in the end we banned them from the gamesroom until the evening. Once again thanks for such a great holiday and we will most definitely be coming back to La Maison Fontain next year.

The house is absolutely brilliant - all the bedrooms are a really good size and equipped with plenty of storage. The plumbing is way better than we have at home! They have every conceivable game and sports equipment between the games room and the shed, and plenty of facilities for dining inside or out, including a BBQ on the patio, although we didn't get a chance to check it out. The pool is a good size and really well-maintained - bracing but bearable for May!
The village/hamlet has one bar and no shops, so once you are prepared for a 10 minute trip to the shops (decent size supermarkets not too far away), then you cannot complain about this property.
To be honest I don't think the photos do justice to how spacious it is. And Sue and Stephen give some very good local recommendations, stacks of info also in the house and from Jane who maintains it to a very high standard.
Overall great value and an excellent property for families sharing and young children.
A great place to stay, everything you could possibly need to keep little ones entertained,. Some lovely days out in local area including the deer park at Priziac, loved larmor plage too. Had an amazing lunch at Le Capri in Priziac at 11.50euros for 3 course plus wine and coffee. Would thoroughly recommend this holiday home. We were a group of 4 couples and three young chidren.

Fantastic house! Great facilities - it has absolutely everything needed and more!.
The house was very clean and well maintained. The pool was lovely but extremely cold when the heating didn't work.
The local village was very quiet with quite a few businesses closed down which was a shame.
Very loud lorries passing the house early in the morning were a real nuisance.
We found several restaurants in the nearby villages offering good quality food at reasonable prices. The bakery in le croisty was a favourite for croissants and bread.
We highly recommend this property.
A party of six adults and six young children found the house very well equipped and enjoyed the help of a very nice local housekeeper. The house being set in a small village it was to be expected that the local amenities were sparse. Visits to restaurants in the nearby towns were all highly satisfactory, with staff very attending, regarding the number of young children. All in all a very enjoyable stay.
Thank you for your review and we are glad that you had a super holiday and the weather was good for you. May I ask please why you gave 7 for comfort, as we always appreciate feedback so that if there is a problem we can resolve it so that our future guests will benefit from this.
