Situated near beaches and coast, in a secluded private rural setting surrounded by gardens and meadows at the end of country lane. No passing traffic with no passing traffic, making it ideal for children. Close to picturesque La Roche Bernard and all amenities.
Gite 3 is 3 bedroomed and sleeps 6 to 7 upstairs with 1 twin, 1double, and a bunk with spare pull out matress. Shower and wc is also upstairs.
Ground floor has a large lounge/diner and fully fuctional fitted kitchen. Electric heating and a logburner.
Outside there are private gardens front and rear with bbq, leading on to a communal garden area. Cot and highchair are available.
Fully fitted with microwave, washing machine, gas cooker, large fridge-freezer. Fully equipped, with ample storage.
Large farmhouse type kitchen table and chairs.
Settee and armchairs. Satellite tv with all Sky uk Freeview channels.
Heating included for high and mid season bookings. Electric extra for low season and Xmas bookings.
There are private garden spaces with picnic tables front and rear and loungers, sunbeds and chairs are provided. Bbq is at the rear which leads on to a large communal grassed area for playing ball games etc.
Ample parking outside gite in private courtyard.

Beaches 10/15 mins to the west and south by car. Sandy Penestin, Damgan and Ambon, Billiers mre rock pool and pebbles, ideal for crabbing and shell hunting.
There is a prestigious golf course in the grounds of the Chateau, around a lake.It's near Missillac about 20mins away. There is also another 9 hole golf course in Caden about 30mins away.
Equestrian Centre literally a few hundred yards up the lane where horses and ponies to suit all ages can be hired for trekking in the nearby countryside.
A cosmopolitan seaside resort with luxury(sometimes known as the Monte Carlo of the North) with miles of sandy beaches and usual seaside attractions.
A pretty historic town in the gorge of the Villaine just 4km away. Has numerous bars and restaurant, an artisan quarter and a bee/honey museum. There is a swimming pool with slides, and has a revolving domed roof which opens in the summer. The river Villaine offers water sports such as canoeing, fishing and boat trips on the restaurant cruiser from the marina. A traditional French market is on Thursdays which takes over most of the town.
Pre-historic Park near picturesque Rochford en Terre, (a pictureque hillside stone built village, well worth a visit) with full size dinosaurs in a natural woodland settings. Very informative and interesting for all ages.
A facinating14th century walled town with covered market used each Monday.
This !4th century walled medieval city with its cobbled streets, marina and Cathedral. A must visit on market days in the gulf of Morbihan.
