Review -
Annie and Chris were very welcoming after a rather long journey. Our children loved the opportunity to feed goats and chickens, make friends with 2 lovely french girls and enjoy the garden and the pool. The beaches nearby were amazing and the town itself proved really good for food shopping and the "night festival". The property was clean and well maintained with the owners happy to share local knowledge and to lend ingredients! We would definitely consider staying here again and strongly recommend this property; having stayed in many in Spain, Portugal and the UK this was of a very good standard (Caroline Aug 15)

We visited with some friends, essentially for a walking/cycling break. For that purpose, it suited us just fine. There are some really nice cycle trails very nearby, ditto lovely walking country so we did lots of exploring on foot and two wheels. Our friend spent a morning fishing at a nearby lake.
The house itself is spacious and had all we needed. It's very clean and comfortable, and in a really nice peaceful setting. We were lucky enough to have glorious weather so enjoyed using the BBQ in the evenings. They sky at night was superb - so many stars!
The local town has a decent supermarket and lots of other shops, also a bar that does good value lunches that we all enjoyed.
We visited the north and south Brittany coasts, as recommended by the owner, and both were easy to get to.
We have already recommended this place to some other friends.

The cottage has a very rural setting, away from the normal tourist areas of Brittany. This meant a car was absolutely essential for shopping, restaurant visits or sight seeing. It is very peaceful, but was 3 miles from the nearest town. The cottage is very large with two pleasant and comfortable double bedrooms and a smaller twin room. The living / dining room was spacious with UK satellite TV and the kitchen area was well equipped. There is a modern upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet/utility room. It was clean and well maintained. We would recommend it for families.

We had a superb week staying at this cottage in Brittany. It's in a rural location with really nice views and was peaceful and quiet. The cottage is very comfortable with everything that we needed. It's really clean and well maintained. The kids enjoyed playing on the swings and slide in the garden and had the paddling pool out too. We had some good walks around the lanes surrounding the cottage. Tried a few beaches too, on the north coast and the south coast. Recommend Dinan and Josselin for days out. Kayaking in Josselin was great fun. We would definitely recommend this cottage and the area to others, and plan on going back next spring.
