Located on the banks of the Etel River in pretty hamlet of Vieux Passage, which marks the original crossing point of the river before the impressive Pont Lorois was built. Etel was once the centre of the tuna fishing industry, but today is only left with a small port and the aptly named 'Bistrot a Thon', which famously serves tuna in over 60 different recipes!
The property is situated in a quiet cul de sac within walking distance of the port, local shop and a small sandy beach area.
