We, a three-generation family of 9, greatly enjoyed our week at Maison Verger. Louise and Steve were very welcoming and helpful. The property is spacious, well laid out and very well equipped with everything necessary for a self-catering holiday.
The heated pool was a great hit with all of us; it was cleaned and kept well maintained on a daily basis. The grassed games area is of a good size and was a great space for the children to run around in and to let off steam, especially with the comprehensive selection of games equipment provided.
We would happily recommend this property to family and friends with the proviso that, whilst Baud, the closest town, a 6 minute drive away, has several supermarkets and restaurants, Kerbourbon itself is a rural hamlet with no commercial facilities.

The property is well maintained and spotless. The owners Louise and Steve were on hand if needed and kept the super pool and gardens clean and tidy.
The area around Baud has so much to offer for all ages. Kingoland and animal parks for the very young. Fantastic beaches and shopping for everyone and a wealth of history from castles to medieval towns. All within an hours drive. Especially enjoyed by everyone was cycling along the River Blavet from Pontivy and on Ile aux Moines.
I would highly recommend the property and the area to everyone

What a wonderful place! We had a fantastic week in Kerbourbon and were sad to leave.

The house is beautiful, set in a quiet little hamlet and has everything we could have wanted. There were nine of us staying (four adults and five children ranging from 8 to 15) and there was more than enough space for us all. Everything is well kept and perfectly clean.

The kids loved the pool and although we had mixed weather it still got plenty of use. They also loved the outside play area with the badminton net and ping pong table. We made use of the barbeque, which was nice and clean, and the outside eating area. As other reviewers have said, the view from the balcony at the front is lovely and we enjoyed many evenings enjoying it with a glass of wine.

The kids were delighted to find games to play, DVDs to watch and books to read. Our children were too old, but there was also a play kitchen for smaller children and water and sand play areas outside. The owners Louise and Steve have clearly thought hard about what families might need!

Although in a quiet setting, services aren’t that far away. We made daily use of the artisan boulangerie and pattiserie in Camors, only a two minute drive away. The town of Baud is a 5 minute drive and has a Carrefour, Intermarche, shops and restaurants. The crepes at Creperie la Denteliere Loic were great and we had an excellent meal at Le Flamambo across the road.

Thankyou to Louise and Steve for being so helpful and welcoming.
