About the Owner/Advertiser, Ms Jenni Stevenson

We are both early retirees enjoying a bit of the good life in France growing veg, keeping chickens and travelling in our camper van.

Year property purchased 2008
Why this location? It is beautiful countryside, easy access back to family in the uk. Very traditional Breton culture, good food locally produced, long lunches and a comitttment to preserving the natural environment. The beautiful lac au duc has everything off road cycling, swimming water sports etc
Unique benefits of property It is in the perfect tranquil local surrounded by farmland . It is so quiet, apart from the bees and birdsong, but only 5 minutes walk to the village shops and bars. you can hear the church bells but you can't see the church or village.we have added a 21st century "grand design" style extension" that gives our traditional stone cottage a large light filled extra living space. it opens onto a large raised terrace with fabulous views across farmland and rolling hills.Because we live in the house full time in the winter the quality of our property and the furnishings is that which we choose for ourselves and is of very good quality.
