About this property

XVI Century Family House near Sandy Beaches. This cottage/gite is in a village setting.

Our house is a wonderful refurbished XVI century stone property and beautifully decorated close to beaches and the Golf of Morbihan.

Quiet location in a nice village situated in a beautiful rural countryside with facilities such as a supermarket, a butchery, a delicious bakery and a few restaurants.

Perfect for families with children, couples and groups, the house is 260 sqm and has 3 large double bedrooms and a stunning dormitory with 5 beds.

In the floral, well maintained and calm garden, you can relax after an afternoon enjoying the beach or a long walk in the nearby countryside.

Berric is ideally situated to discover the variety of attraction that Brittany has to offer.

The house is close from the beautiful and charming village of Le Gorvello, where you will enjoy amazing crepes (5 mn). Without doubt, Vannes (15 mn) is one of Brittany's most attractive sights and is a must-see on any trip to the gulf of Morbihan. High above the River Arz, Rochefort-en-Terre (20 mn) has been voted one of France’s most beautiful villages and offers nice restaurant and attractions.

There is a large choice of beaches and activities in the presqu'ile du Morbihan (http://www.golfedumorbihan.bzh/accueil/decouvrir/presqu-ile-de-rhuys). Our favourite beach is located in the charming village of Kervoyal, 10min from the house.

For the one seeking exercise, there are plenty of opportunities around such as walking, cycling, fishing, riding, golfing and sailing....

Our House offers the perfect combination between the countryside and the seaside in a relaxing and warm atmosphere.
