About the Owner/Advertiser, Miss Nathalie Planche

I am a French lady who has been living in the UK in the past 23 years. I bought this house in this peaceful little village to spend some holidays with family and friends and offer the house for others to enjoy as well. My French family lives nearby on the coast and having this house makes visiting them so much easier. This is the first year I have offered the house for holiday rental but the house has a strong history of successful rentals.

Year property purchased 2019
Why this location? La Maison Fontaine is perfectly situated in the peaceful countryside but only 30 minutes from the southern Morbihan coast with its lovely sandy beaches and warm micro climate. Brittany is blessed with numerous attractions from watersports, beaches, deer park, markets, creperies, rugged coastline for exploring and medieval towns. Not to far from the ferries and well known land marks such as Mont St Michel and Josselin.
Unique benefits of property The house is perfectly set up for accommodating large family groups comfortably with lots of activities and games for children to keep them occupied including a lovely out door in-ground heated swimming pool with loungers and seats to relax in around the outside.
There is an indoor games room that will provide fun for both the children and adults during the evenings or even if the weather is not so good. The house has a very large garden for running about in and has a simple 9 hole pitch and putt course to occupy some time knocking a golf ball about for the adults and the children. For a taste of the French life, experiment with a game of Boule in the purpose made area.
