We are an Anglo/Dutch couple who moved to France in 1992 and raised a family here integrating well with the local inhabitants. I am a keen musician and play sax in several bands locally from a couple of town bands Lannion and Perros and also a couple of jazz bands + a fanfare which I helped start up in 2015. We also arrange a couple of concerts at Coat Aillis each year for which gites are available for people wanting to experience a unique French fete.Paulien is a keen gardener .

|Why this location?||The location is important and ideal for us. We are surrounded by fields, there are no immediate neighbours, with lots of walks, you can visit the nearby second century Roman temple or walk to the sea in around 15 minutes. For us, the isolation makes it ideal. Plestin is just a 5 minutes drive away; it has a lot of shops/bars and Lannion is only a 15 minutes drive and has everything that we need.
The property itself was an old farm and it has been our life project to make it a gite rental business; something we have thoroughly enjoyed.
|Unique benefits of property||The uniqueness of the property is that each gite has its own private garden, but they also share the many facilities on-site such as the swimming pool, sauna, gamesroom and the large orchard, making it ideal for family holidays as it is a safe environment. The gardens are amazing with lots of flowers and shrubs plenty of places to play or relax ; we built a kiosk or bandstand last winter to sit and relax in.|
Golf, fishing, horse riding and watersports nearby.
