Choose the "Mill House" option and you will have 8 bedrooms in total including a romantic 4 poster bed in the master bedroom, balcony with stunning views across the lake and en suite bathroom with spa bath. Large living room with cosy log fire and leather 3 piece suite.

Garden with large bbq and garden furniture, swings and slide. Games/Function room with pool table, table tennis, French boules, palets.

Ideal spot for bird-watching - Over 60 species spotted by a previous guest! Cycling. Lake walks right on the doorstep and a 611 hectare forest just 5 mins away. Lots of wildlife. Glorious beaches 25 mins. Historic market town of Guerlesquin where you will find supermarket, bars, restaurants, plan d'eau with man-made beach and fishing and horse riding at just 10 mins.

Morlaix 30 mins. Roscoff port 50 mins. Brest Airport 1 hour. Dinard and St Malo ports 2 hours. At least 3 golf courses in under an hour, nearest being just 20 miles.

Street parking outside the house for up to 6 cars if parked diagonally.

Visitor suitability

Singles, couples, families, small groups or clubs. Guests with limited mobility may find our ground floor suitable, however some mobility is required for the doorstep. Sorry but wheelchair access is not possible. All other floors are accessed by stairs.

Information about any additional facilities

Bed linen and towels optional: £9 per single bed/per change, £14 per double bed/per change, towels and flannels £5 per person/per set. Full baby facilities including cot, highchair, steriliser, plastic plates, bowls, baby cup, bottle brushes, baby monitor etc on free request.

Well behaved dogs welcome at £10 per animal/per week.

Bouncy castle with incorporated ball pool and balls for hire (sorry but under 10s only), charged at 10 euros per day or 50 euros per week.
