Maison Petite is a south facing converted farmhouse overlooking shared 150ft garden with farmland beyond.
Maison Petite has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with shared en suite shower and wc. On the ground floor is a spacious lounge with a fully-fitted kitchen area. Sleeps 4 and also has sofabed in lounge.
All linen is provided with exception of towels and is changed weekly if staying for 2 or more weeks.
Maison Petite is part of a twin gite development with a 2 bedroom conversion by the same owner next door. The local village of St-Pierre has a shop, mini supermarket for most needs, a pharmacy, butcher, garages, petrol station and cash dispenser. There are 3 major hypermarkets, Leclerc in Dinan, Cora and Carrefour in St Malo.
Maison Petite has a fully-fitted kitchen with gas hob and open hearth log fire in a large kitchen/loung configuration. Dining table for 4 in the lounge/kitchen area.
Maison Petite has a large lounge with a log burning stove. Seating comprises 2 sofas and 2 armchairs and is equipped with satellite tv, dvd player, dvds and library. The property also has a sofa bed which would allow a further person to stay.

Every Saturday Morning from 0730 to 1230 has a fascinating variety of goods, including live chicks, ducklings etc which is great for kids to see, great takeaway couscous and paella if you don't feel like cooking or eating out.
Golfers are spoilt for choice with 18-hole courses at Dinard (St-Briac), Le Tronchet, Des Ormes, Sables d'Or, Penguen (St-Cast-de-Guildo), Pleneuf-Val-Andre and a tricky 9-hole at Tremeleuc near Richardais.
The hamlet of La Coupaudais lies between St-Pierre and Dinan on the edge of a large forest in which walks can be taken. The North Brittany beaches are a 40 minute drive away. The garden is south facing with a barbecue patio sun shaded by fruit trees, and is large enough for junior football and there is an outdoor badminton set with rackets. A pool table is available in the lounge and there are many books and boardgames for those few days when it rains. Fishing nearby.
There is a new restaurant just outside St-Pierre-de-Plesguen which serves a range of traditional French food from gourmet to pizzas and in St Pierre there is a fast food burger/kebab shop. Other than these, the nearest restaurants are in Dinan and La-Vicomte-sur-Rance. There is every variety in Dinan whilst the Effet Mer in La Vicomte serves very good rustic French food at affordable prices. Other good restaurants can be found in Dol de Bretagne, St Malo, Dinard and Combourg.
At La-Vicomte-sur-Rance, about 8km from La Coupaudais through St-Helen. Excellent French rural cooking at good prices. Find it at the marina turning left when you get to the St Patricks restaurant (also worth a visit) in La-Vicomte.
