Fully Restored Traditional Breton Farmhouse. This cottage/gite is in a village setting.

Felhan is a traditional Breton farmhouse set on a quiet country lane. As this was our main home for a time it has been restored with much love and attention and provides a relaxing holiday with comfortable surroundings. The parking area leads to large gardens and the rear of the house. 
 
On the ground floor the kitchen has all modern appliances including a woodburner. Through the hallway into the lounge it has a feature fireplace with multi-fuel stove and Sky tv. French doors open up to the patio area with table, chairs, sunloungers and bbq. 
 
First floor consists of 2 double bedrooms (one large enough to make family room with extra bed), one single bedroom and a family bathroom. Up on the second floor there is a family bedroom, double bedroom, shower room and mezzanine area with day bed and Sky tv. All rooms are bright and airy with superb country views. 
 
Outside is a large laid to lawn garden with mature flower beds and shrubs with private woods leading off. For the children there is a trampoline, swing ball and football pitch. The property sleeps from 1 person up to 10 people.
