Enjoyed our stayin pontrieux. the owners of the property were very friendly and always helpful. Went out of their way on a few occasionsto help us. We thought it was value for money and would recommend it to others. Janet and Mick were extremely good hosts. A lovely cottage with everything we needed.

This was the perfect property for us,exactly as portrayed with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The owners, despite living next door, were never intrusive but always willing to answer any questions or requests,A nice touch was finding bread, wine and breakfast jams on arrival. The property was superbly maintained, with excellent facilities,wi-fi,satellite TV etc.
I would strongly recommend the property to anyone.

Beautiful (terraced) character cottage in rural setting. Tasteful décor. Well appointed and equipped. Good parking. Steps/Stairs for access. Terraces front and back for both morning and afternoon sun enjoyment - outdoor furniture (table, sun umbrella as well as chairs) for both. Excellent hot water, good shower. (Bath also) Comfortable bed. Has clothes washing machine. Didn't try the heating but it has a fireplace and electric radiators. TV tuned to French and British television. DVD player. Wifi. Telephone reception seems to be good (if that is important to you).

Excellent hosts and nice touches like - bread, butter, jam, pack of coffee and milk there on arrival. Even provided the re-useable shopping bag.

The place has huge grounds with plenty of room for kids to play, and a badminton court set up.

It is a drive to town for supplies or eating out though. However the supermarket is the first thing one arrives at on the edge of the town.

Pontrieux has lots of character, several eating out places, and is only a short drive from beaches and other places of interest too.
