The apartment has large sea facing windows overlooking the lawned garden which has a gate giving direct access to the coastal footpath, which in turn leads to the sandy beaches of St Jacut.
The patio area is for the sole use of the apartment, and is accessed by a sliding glass door. The terrace is a real suntrap, perfect for watching the sun go down with a cold drink or eating fresh croissants in the morning.
The apartment is located in the village, you can easily walk to a good bakers, small shop and a number of good bistros and restaurants.
The apartment is on the ground floor, all on one level. The decor is simple and the apartment is very light and spacious. Modern electric radiators and high insulation makes the apartment a comfortable base at any time of the year.

St Jacut-de-la-mer is located on the North Brittany coast, whee you'll find long sandy beaches, sheltered coves and rocky headlands. St Jacut is a peninsula with 11 sandy beaches , or you can explore beaches at St Briac, Lancieux , and the long beach heading east from St Malo - great for surfing when there is a swell coming in.
The coastal footpath ( GR34) runs along the whole coastline, and if you follow the path, you'll see some stunning views , and escape the crowds to find a quiet spot.
The walled town of Saint-Malo is well worth exploring, walk the circuit of the town walls with great views out to sea and down towards the alleys and streets of the old town.
Rebuilt after the war, the town is much favoured by Parisians escaping the capital as well as overseas visitors, who come to sample the town's many good restaurants, art galleries and high-end shops.
Walk out from the impressive town gate along the promenade 'Le Sillon' overlooking the large sandy beach leading east to the headlands at Minihic and Rothéneuf.
A series of cafés, restaurants and hotels along the front offer an ideal stop for a drink or meal overlookng the sea.
The abbey of Mont St Michel is about 40 minutes away by car - perched high on a rock and with stunning views, it is a remarkable place.
Largely untouched for centuries, the historic centre of Dinan has lots of atmosphere and many fine old timber framed buildings. Wandering the narrow streets, you'll find an impressive castle, high town walls, the clock tower and a good number of shops, galleries and restaurants.
Go down to the port area for a boat trip or some refreshment overlooking the river.
The owner was very friendly and replaced a broken kettle the same day. The location was fantastic just a few metres from the beach and near two bars/restaurants and a supermarket . A real hidden gem.
Perfect setting, you just walk out of the gate onto the coastal path. A number of different beaches within walking distance, as is the pretty town/village centre with boulangerie, a small supermarket and a couple of bars/restaurants.
Accommodation is very spacious, and both the owner and neighbours friendly and welcoming.
Loads of great cycling trails and quiet lanes, we also really enjoyed canoe hire from Les Canoes Du Guildo

We absolutely loved staying in this apartment the views were amazing. The area was brilliant for walks and relaxing on one of the 11 beaches. We would definitely recommend this holiday home and would definitely consider returning.
