The large rear garden has apple, oak and bay trees giving dappled shade in the summer. It is fully enclosed with hedging and boundary wall, the decking measures approx 7 ft x 30 ft, patio chairs/ loungers and tables supplied. There is a bbq area on the decking. With a portable bbq suppied.
Parking for 2 vehicles off-road on hard standing.
Must be able to climb steps and stairs.
Attached to the cottage is a laundry room with double drainer sink, washing machine and tumbledryer.
Bikes could be stored in this lockable area or any other equipment.
Bed linen and tea towels are provided, you will need to bring towels. The property is cleaned on changeover.
