Year property purchased 2003
Why this location? Having holidayed for several years in western France we decided to buy a home in 2003 we settled on Brittany as the area most suitable because our main family live in the west of England and the ferry link via Roscoff is an easy on/off drive in both directions we were intending to live there permanently but family dynamics changed and it became or holiday home.
We mainly chose the area for its central location but fell in love with the cottage and its raised location opposite the church which gives a nice view across the valley there are a variety of places to visit more than one would first think but once you start to explore the experiences just keep coming
Unique benefits of property Mainly its central location to the whole of Brittany nowhere is really to far unless you decide to go for the far corners, it is only a few kilometres from the main arterial roads
